The Warhammer CCG series publicly announced shifting towards a downgraded low-quality replacement (Warhammer Horus Heresy Legions) which proves the company didn't make this move out of budget, server expense or feasability but rather out of greed. Users in the in-game community treating this event overwhelmingly negatively as a 'reset scam'.
